1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Patti Oslo.

The display of products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract for these items. You can place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and at any time correct your entries before submitting your binding order, by using the correction aids provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button, which implies your acceptance of our offer for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Immediately after sending your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text

The languages available for concluding the contract are Norwegian and English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the contract text in our customer login area.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery costs are added to the stated product prices. Delivery costs are explained in the individual product offers. We only dispatch goods; customer pickup is also possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our online shop:

Credit Card
By submitting the order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card details to us. After you are identified as the legitimate cardholder, we will, immediately after the order, request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card.

PayPal
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting your order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. Immediately thereafter, the payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive further information during the order process.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Patti Oslo, Thrigesvej 27, 7430 Ikast / Denmark, sales@pattioslo.dk, Phone: (+)47 462 98 061) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Both within and outside Norway, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

8. Damage during Delivery

If goods are delivered with visible damage incurred during transport, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to complain or make contact does not in any way affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. By doing so, however, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

9. Warranty and Complaints

We are legally obliged to deliver products that comply with this agreement. For consumers, statutory rights of complaint apply in accordance with the legislation of the country where the consumer has their usual residence. Information about any additional guarantees and their exact terms, if applicable, can be found next to the product and on specific information pages in the store.

10. Liability

We shall in all cases be liable without limitation for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or legal assistants
- in case of injury to life, body or health
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- in case of guarantee obligations, where this has been agreed with the consumer.
Except for these cases, our liability for damages under civil law is limited to the foreseeable and direct damages at the time of concluding the contract.
