We offer free shipping within Europe and Norway (no extra charges) for orders over 90 €.

When shipping to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, the UK, Iceland, the USA, etc., possible fees such as customs clearance, import duties, and other costs may apply. All our international customers are responsible for customs and import duties in their own country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have chosen, you can return the product/products within 14 days from the dispatch date.

If you wish to return or exchange your product, please contact us.
We are happy to offer an exchange, credit note, or refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect, unused condition.

Returns within Norway and Denmark are free. For returns outside these countries, the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Once we have received your return, the refund will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to your original payment method. All items must be in their original condition with the tags still attached. Where possible, please reuse the original packaging and ensure the package is securely sealed.
