I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

To retrieve your password, click on "Log in" and then on "Forgot password?". Enter your email address, and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Click the link and enter your new password.

I want to change the information on my account, how do I do that?

Log in to "my account" with your email address and password. There you can change information such as your postal address.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To subscribe to the newsletter, click on "Subscribe to our newsletter" at the bottom of the page. You can unsubscribe by clicking the "unsubscribe" link, which is located at the bottom of each newsletter.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, a confirmation page with your order number will be displayed. In addition, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address registered during the purchase. This is a summary that includes the contents of your order: item(s), quantity, price(s), payment method, and delivery address.

Where can I find the details of my order?

You can find the details of your order by logging in to "my account" and clicking on "my order status".

Can I change or cancel an order that is being processed?

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can change or cancel it if you contact customer service as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order, is that normal?

Please first check that your order has been processed and that you have received an email confirmation. Feel free to contact us by email at sales@pattioslo.dk.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Patti Oslo accepts the following payment methods:

What do I do if my payment is rejected?

Your payment may have been rejected for various reasons: error in entering your card details, the order amount exceeding your payment limit, etc. First, check this information and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer service to complete your order.

Shipping

Where can my order be shipped?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. Orders are shipped within 24 hours, provided the item is in stock.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We are happy to exchange or refund items if you are not entirely satisfied. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Please return the item in its original packaging with tags and in a suitable outer box with protective packaging within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns of used or improperly packaged items. You are responsible for returned items until they reach our studio. We therefore strongly recommend that you obtain a receipt or proof of delivery when returning all or part of your order. Such confirmations are available free of charge at the post office. If, contrary to expectations, the goods arrive with faults or damage, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights.
